It’s hard to believe ANOTHER year has passed. In January 2017 we will be embarking on our seventh year of culinary tours, and I truly cannot believe how much fun we’re having. As the founder and owner of Local Table Tours, I’m honored and humbled that so many fantastic establishments in Denver, Boulder, and most recently Fort Collins welcome us and our guests in for an exclusive taste of the town. We truly would not and could not be in business were it not for the vibrant local food scene.
I’m personally more excited about 2017 than I’ve ever been as we approach a new year. Our Fort Collins tours include not just a solid lineup, but places you really can’t experience in Denver or Boulder. It’s well worth a trip north to explore the Front Range’s newest culinary hot spot. We’re expanding our Boulder tours outside of the downtown Boulder area for the first time. After seven years, all I can say is FINALLY! And Denver tours are expanding to more neighborhoods and eateries than we’ve ever featured before. We’re going to have a lot to offer locals, tourist, first timers, and repeat customers, and for that, I’m thrilled.
I’ve combed through hundreds of food and drink photos that I snapped this year while guiding tours and dining out, and these are my most memorable. Below you’ll see the dishes and drinks I talk about over and over to our tour guests. As I’ve said hundreds of times by now- It’s the toughest job in town.
Cheers to a successful 2016 and an even more exciting 2017!

The THC infused Matzo Ball Soup made by the owner of Rosenberg’s Bagels for the Flatirons Food Film Festival edible marijuana speakeasy was the BEST matzo ball soup ever. And, that had NOTHING to do with the THC-infused matzo ball.
