We’re constantly being asked where to find a good breakfast in Boulder, and we’re thrilled to have a new spot in town! Organic Sandwich Company, located on the corner of 16th and Pearl, is expanding their hours to include breakfast starting in February of this year.
Among the new breakfast items are made-to-order breakfast sandwiches including the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese with two farm-fresh eggs, cruelty and hormone-free bacon, caramelized onions, and aged white cheddar; they are also offering a Spinach, Egg, and Cheese with two farm fresh eggs, spinach, tomato, and roasted garlic Neufchatel with truffle salt. Simple breakfast sliders with one egg, in addition to seasonal breakfast sandwiches, will also be found on the evolving menu. All sandwiches will be offered with a choice of brioche, pretzel bun (our favorite!), or toasted farmhouse bread.
Organic Sandwich Company continues their tradition of making many items in house with the finest organic ingredients, and will be adding housemade breakfast parfaits (with housemade granola, of course,) hot sauce, and baked goods.
Along with hot tea and coffee, they’ll offer local Chai and Cholaca, a locally-made liquid cacao hot cocoa.
